How does SIP trunking benefit my business?

SIP Trunking lets you make and receive high-quality voice calls over your existing data network, letting you remove costly ISDN lines.

How does it work?

SIP Trunking provides a simple IP based alternative to ISDN enabling you to use an internet connection to make and receive HD quality voice calls at very competitive rates. This enables you to remove ISDN lines saving line costs. SIP trunks can be converted to ISDN connections so you can use your existing phone system or connected directly to a modern IP based telephony system.

What do I need?

All that is needed is a suitable broadband connection. The system is fully scalable whether you need a single line or 100 lines.

What about the contract?

Our SIP trunk contract is a monthly contract, so you can start, stop, increase your capacity and add new numbers at one months’ notice. No quibbles.

How much will I save?

A typical ISDN2 circuit (2 lines) is about £45.50* with a minimum one year contract, depending on supplier. A SIP trunk is £7.00/month. That’s a cost saving of about 70%.

Key benefits

Reduce costs:

Save 50% of line rental costs by replacing expensive ISDN lines and take advantage of competitive call rates and packages.

High-quality calls:

Voice traffic is prioritised over your data network so call quality is not compromised, even when the network is busy.

Scale up and down:

Easy to increase or decrease the number of lines you have as your organisation evolves.

Keep your existing numbers:

We will import your existing numbers into the new system so you have the peace of mind that you will not lose them or we can supply a new number so you can have a presence in another city.

Move office easily:

SIP trunks are connections made directly over the internet. Your phone number(s) can be used from anywhere, even abroad, so moving office is a matter of plugging into the internet connection at your new office.
